Had a great experience here. The technician was very nice and friendly. She took her time with the scan and I was able to experience a great special moment. I would recommend this place and would love to be back for my 3D scan!

I visited Little Feet Oakville during a particularly anxious time in my pregnancy. I was feeling unwell and hadn’t been eating properly, which led to a lot of worry. The team at Little Feet was incredibly kind and compassionate—they accommodated me right away, made me feel comfortable, and provided a calming environment. The 3D scan was such a beautiful and reassuring experience, and I left feeling much more at ease. I’m so grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommend to any expecting parent looking for both a memorable and comforting experience.

They charge tax but do not provide receipts and hence pocket the money via e-transfer. Why are you charging taxes? Not a single good image, as soon as 20 minutes is up, the main technician left the room. Tried to make it exciting by saying look at this or that- but when the images are bad- it doesn’t make it exciting- it sounds fake. Really not impressed with the service, as a business I would’ve been embarrassed to let a client leave with photos that were taken. I don’t recommend this studio at all.

terrible technicians, paid for premium package of around $175 and received atrocious images. Not a single one i would even want to share with friends or family. Very unskilled staff recommend tiny hearts instead as they are way more qualified. Additionally, they charge tax but do not issue a receipt, we have requested multiple times. Likely a CRA fraud. Buyer beware.

Had an appointment today and it went amazing. They took their time finding the baby. Explained where the babies organs were located. Took their time taking the babies pictures. Definitely will be stopping by again!

I went for my ultrasound and Shazia was very polite, respectful, and took her time to go over the ultrasound without any issues. She took her time without rushing us. She took very well pictures of the baby. Overall, great experience and will definitely come back again.

Had an amazing experience doing my Gender Scan! Or tech was so friendly and knowledgeable! I went in thinking it would be a quick look to see what baby bean is and that’s it and it was far more than expected! She showed us our baby’s whole body, movements, and let us listen to the hear beat! It was such a calm and welcoming room and I would 10000% recommend little feet Oakville to anyone wanting any type of scan! Can’t wait till we can go back for our 3D ultrasound ☺️💕💕

We had a great experience here! At our appointment baby was shy and we couldn’t determine gender, so she said to take an hour go get something to eat and come back and we can try again for free. And second time was a charm and we saw our baby boy! Amazing experience and would highly recommend 🙂

We went two times to Little Feet Oakville for a redo and the staff each time were amazing! They were so compassionate and it was a comfortable experience. The pictures and USB are high quality and they try their best to get every angle.

I’ve had 2 ultrasounds done at Little Feet. We have been very happy with customer service. I originally asked for the Burlington location, however they offered me Brantford so I could see our little one sooner! The space was very clean and organized. The tech was great, she explained what we were looking at and made it a calm environment to be in. We will be coming back for another scan, highly recommend them!

I had originally tried to book with the Burlington location but the team at Little Feet were very prompt to offer me a sooner appointment with the Oakville location. My experience was great. There was no rush or pressure when the tech was having a hard time determining the gender because of the baby’s legs being firmly closed. She was very friendly and polite and explained everything we were looking at on the ultrasound. The room was clean and comfortable for my family who attended the ultrasound with me. Overall had an amazing experience getting to find out the gender a few weeks early! As a sidenote - I loved that the ultrasound gel was warm rather than cold like everywhere else!

I had two ultrasounds with my first baby in 2021 and another one last week to determine the gender of our second with little feet. The tech took the time to show all body parts/explain what we were looking at, see and listen to heart beat and learn the gender. What a special experience! It’s our first baby and my husband and I had a lovely experience with Little Feet! It’s a very relaxed, safe and clean environment and the best part is we got to see our baby moving for the first time. The technician is also very kind and patient. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately my experience was extremely bad and unprofessional. I paid for the Premium Plus package and during my first visit my appointment was delayed with ~40min. I came in and was told that the baby had his hands/feet in front and we couldn’t take any pics. The technician from the visit was nice, she recommended to come back in another week (she did took ~4pics - they were unclear, but at least she showed us the baby). One week later, I came in and the technician literally spent MAX 2 min with me and said that there’s nothing I can see and told me to leave. I’ve asked for the heartbeat at least, or a little movie/recording, a pic or something. Nothing. Both me and my husband were rushed on the door. The following weeks (around 4!) i’ve tried to discuss with them via e-mail requesting them at least PART of the services I paid for! Especially the 3/4D pic. After MULTIPLE e-mails, they agreed to print the pic and told me to come on a Saturday at 2pm for pick up. Which I did. Guess what - the front door was locked, couldn’t go upstairs, tried to call multiple times (no response) and sent them e-mails (no response either). This is the Saturday I was supposed to pick up my pics.. I am very upset with the level of unprofessionalism they’ve showed. This is not accepted as each of us have a journey behind and this US represents a milestone for many of us. Little Feet 3D make sure that I will not enjoy mine! It’s not about the fact that I paid $200+tips to see my baby, it’s about the level of unprofessionalism they’ve showed. Due to my high risk pregnancy, I am not allowed to have another 3d us unfortunately, so Little Feet literally « stole » the joy of seing my baby and have a printed memory. Do not recommend, but again, this was just my experience. Thanks.

It is our first baby, so we are very concerned and cautious as other first time parents. But this place is wonderful, the lady here made us comfortable and she was very sweet and polite throughout our scan. We mainly went there to get our baby’s gender and put it in envelope and she did a great job keeping the secrete and handed us the sealed envelope. Also they provided one printed picture which came out so cute and adorable. Highly recommended place!!

Had a great experience getting a 2D ultrasound done! The technician explained what we were looking at, and the screen was shared at all times on a TV. The ultrasound takes place in a cozy room and creates a lovely atmosphere to bring guests too. Overall very pleased and highly recommend.

Great experience at little feet burlington. We had to come back for a second appointment as our little guy wasn't cooperating. Second time around was the same but we had Nadie who still made it a great experience. She was enthusiastic, kind and tried her best to get as many shots as she could. Thanks Nadie!

Such an enjoyable experience with Little Feet! Completely relaxing and more than enough time to have a look at baby without feeling stressed or rushed in a medical setting. I was also able to bring my partner who couldn’t make it to other appointments. It’s a beautiful, quiet and private space with a kind, patient ultrasound tech. We found out the gender and got some new photos to share with family. Safe, clean and easy to make an appointment. Highly recommend!
